  1. Hopefully they fixed the issue I’m having with my set. When closed, I can tell disc 1 is loose inside the clamshell so when I open it up I risk scratching the disc.
  2. Just placed my pre-order on Amazon today since it'll ship in two days time and I've got gift cards that I won from work burning a hole in my pocket
  3. Yeah right?! I picked up my OST copy of Always at Half Price Books for $3 LOL Eiger is one of the few post-1970 scores I don't have in any physical release.
  4. Great! Hope that bodes well for future JW releases in need of expansion!
  5. Lots of work to do on the Paramount side of the house, are they tougher to deal with than other studios?
  6. I'm assuming that the pop songs are not going to be on this release? Hope so! I am not a fan of the OSTs for Always, BOTFOJ, CMIYC, and JFK specifically because of the pop songs that are included. They take away from the score presented on the OST in my opinion. Though I'm not as put off with Home Alone since they are Christmas songs.
  7. Agreed on Sugarland, it's historical significance warrants its own release.
  8. Good lord, if the labels were releasing JW works at the same pace that they've been releasing Goldsmith this year, I'd have to get a 2nd job! An embarrassment of riches for JG fans this year!
  9. Yes it is! And huge props to LLL for having both JW releases on the same day to help people save on shipping costs.
  10. In some ways I'm hoping this is just a straight reissue so I won't feel compelled to purchase it again for 1-2 new tracks LOL
  11. Oh, I didn't even notice that at first, nice! It's just so much more visually appealing than the OST. The sky is brighter, "Always" is white and stands out more.
  12. Sounds like we need a John Williams at Universal series of releases from LLL like the Goldsmith sets
  13. Fantastic news! The streak remains intact for at least 1 JW Spielberg expanded release since 2014. Looking at the cover art and it's so much more bright and vivid than the OST. Reminds me of the visual difference with the Rhino Superman release to the new LLL one. Bravo, LLL!
  14. Nice! Good news for those who missed out on A.I. to have an opportunity to snatch a copy.
  15. Ha! I've been listening to the Hook recording sessions to send some good karma out.
  16. Star Wars for sure, but I always love the opening sequence for CMIYC! It perfectly sets the tone for the movie.
  17. I guess the solution would be to create your own spreadsheet the way you like it? Just sayin’

  19. Because it's not a movie, which is why I forget about it as well.
  20. I'm slightly interested. Nothing in that trailer stood out or wowed me. I'll go see it of course, hopefully it'll be good!
  21. Has this leaked out yet?
  22. No to both. I always have found it extremely impressive that Kate Capshaw could sing the tune so eloquently and fluently and seemingly with ease. The Temple of Doom scene always creeped me out when I was a kid so listening to it brings me back to that time and place LOL Just watched the scene on Youtube and never realized this before you pointed it out, thanks!
  23. I do not have the Blue Box but I did buy one of the extra booklets that were being sold for $5 or whatever the price was for it. I would pay $5 plus shipping for a LLL Superman I-IV outer cardboard box.
