Only a couple of days before it starts shipping. I am REALLY looking forward to getting my copy. I've been wanting to have this score in true complete form for years. Especially since the half assed "Deluxe Edition" Varèse.

My wife and I have been watching Star Trek Enterprise every other night. We just got done with season 3 tonight. She has never seen it before but has liked what she has seen so far. She really liked season 3, as do I. Although season 4 in my opinion has always been the best one but season 3 definitely has always been strong.

Same just like what I did with The Last Jedi. Although it seems so many people on this forum that expect this movie to fail and suck like The Last jedi or even worse. It makes me roll my eyes. Especially when people bitch saying, "These movies ruined my childhood!" They're just movies people good lord get over yourselves. These movies are NOT meant to be exactly like the originals.

I never come in this thread but my wife was bored and read it. She is basically appalled by a lot of the posts here, especially Chen's. I agree with her.

Of course he was best known as Odo. He also was in Enterprise. Just an overall a great actor. It seems the Trek veterans happens in 3's..... first Aron Eisenberg, then Dorothy Fontana and now Renè.... Rest In Peace, René you will be missed.

I don't get why the music for the Star Wars films have to be buried so much...well at least for the Prequels and TFA.

I doubt you'll be able to capture the isolated score through Chrome or Firefox. If you have a way to record it thru your PS4 that would be good. There's a good chance it's the same quality as what's been out there. Edit: For Star Wars (ANH) yes it does seem like it's a bit more lowered for the audio.

When it comes to BSX sending out CDs. There are you assholes happy now?

I suggest buying from Movie Music or another outlet for the BSX Godzilla. We all know that BSX can be very dodgy when it comes to sending shit out to customers.

By the way I can't remember who I saw mention about the cover saying they liked it. I actually like it a lot too. The artwork in general is really nice but the cover is LOADS better than what was used on the OST and Deluxe Edition.

Seriously? This is the most definitive edition for the film score (this is not the TV series). The so called "Deluxe Edition" from Varèse was half assed. If you like this score the LLL release is the one to get and have.

I think every other Tuesday or every Tuesday don't really remember. Yes these were announced Friday but won't go up for sale until Tuesday at I think 12pm PST (Pacific Standard Time).

This is one reason why I love LLL's C&C releases. They actually put the FILM VERSIONS in the main body of the score with the proper label. Then put the ALTERNATES of the film versions as bonus tracks. I really wish Varèse would have put the film version tracks for Air Force One in the main body of the score. Although except for "The Hijacking", having that cue on the release is totally unnecessary. I'm really looking forward to hearing this complete release. It's another one (along with AFO) that I've been wanting in complete form for years.

Nice to see music from Message In A Bottle, Timeless, The Killing Game, Flesh and Blood and most importantly End Game on there.

Stargate and Voyager hell ya! I wish I had my own income so I could get CDs again... I'd buy those two in a heart beat.

I'd recommend ordering from from Movie Music. I haven't ordered from him in a long time but I had ordered from Peter Kelly (owner and founder) for a few years and always has top notch service.

They're alternates which were used in the film instead of the ones in the main body of the score. I put the film version tracks in the main body of the score for my iPod EXCEPT for the film version of "The Hijacking". I don't like the editing job they did for "The Hijacking" film version. Yes it is. It was not necessary to have it with this release but I guess it's something Varèse wanted.

For Hook with the original owner being Sony I highly doubt LLL be able to do a proper reissue of that now since Sony stopped letting specialty labels like LLL release expanded scores.

Yes that will be another thing I'm looking forward to. I just hope they reuse the original CGI version from the end of Beyond and not redesign the ship AGAIN like what they did from STID to Beyond. I do hope however, they change the bridge and give it a little more traditional look. Not a almost the same setup or Apple store flashy look to it like they did with the 1701.

So just curious does ANYONE know the official order for the cue list?

In my opinion there's nothing wrong with the score for Star Trek Nemesis. I find it under rated. The OST didn't help it much since it did not have that great of selection for tracks but it is an awesome score especially in the complete form.

Then YUCK. I don't like his music especially for Discovery just mediocre bland crap.

A bit late...let's hope the movie is good. Although it'll suck with out Anton Yelchin....but perhaps they'll have an explanation for Chekov's absence in the film....like transferring to a different ship or whatever. I just hope they don't try to recast the character. Edit: I hope they bring back Giacchino for the music.
