Apparently Handbrake when converting from surround sound to stereo does it properly automatically.

I actually kind of like Bernstein's scores. The performances/recordings aren't necessarily the greatest, but the music itself is pretty good imo. Agree! Those are actually pretty good despite sounding like they were recorded with a 10-piece orchestra! I do wonder if those (and the William Loose adaptations) even exist anymore...

I've heard mixed reports about this. It seems that some of the boxes didn't include the isolated score for some reason. Also did you check both the 4K and Blu-ray discs? I can't recall which one it's supposed to be on.

If they really want people to know what it is, they should call it a Song-Only version!

Like HunterTech said, it wasn't a mistake on their end. Disney quickly pulled the intended 4K re-release at the last minute and decided to repack the original discs instead, for some unknown reason. Those 4K discs with the isolated score did however end up in the big 9-film boxset. I've been waiting months for a reason to post this...

Personally I'd rather they have relatively unknown actors portraying them in future media. Graham Hamilton who did the physical performance in TBBF looks an awful lot like Mark Hamill anyway, much more so than Sebastian Stan imo (plus he's already playing Luke Skywalker). Side note: somehow only just now I realized that Graham also played Kaylon Primary in The Orville... I was wondering why his name sounded so familiar!

The film is coming much later; we still don't know if Ahsoka was meant to be a limited series or not (it's never been confirmed). There are also rumors swirling around that a second season was greenlit just as the strike began, so I guess we'll have to see what happens.

For the most part you could probably just use "Boys Choir Oos" and/or "Choir Women Oos" and add a bunch of reverb. Maybe pair it with "Whistling Choir", but I'm not entirely sure how that would sound.
