  1. I don't really see that as something that needs to be retconned, considering how many conflicts were going on at the same time and the several attempts at peace negotiations breaking things up. I still think Anakin's line in S7 was stupid for this very reason.
  2. I know the Jaws one. I'm not familiar with The Rocketeer score; where is that temped?
  3. Great to see this! Specifically for the drums as the two groups of Vipers face off.

  5. This is why if I want to confirm my suspicions, I simply let the preview run for a few seconds and read the subtitles.
  6. I'd say Kiner Star Wars in general though given how widespread temping of Williams' music in early Rebels, there's really no point hashing out every instance.
  7. After running into another example of, at the very least, musical influence on TCW scoring, here's a thread for us to compile instances of temping in Kiner and Co.'s TCW and other SW scores. This particular one is probably due to the fact that Kiner was brought in to work with McCarthy on virtual recording for Enterprise S4 scoring and doubtless went through McCarthy's earlier work. 3:59 - 4:30 0:00 - 0:24

  9. Watched Tár the other day which featured a good amount of Mahler 5. Interesting film and all, particularly the cinematography. Good cast and a refreshingly different style of film. Blanchett was great as always. Exactly!
  10. I wonder how orchestral the score will be. With it being a live-action series, there's the potential to have a good-sized orchestra. Though odds are that it'll be in the vein of Kiner's more typical synth.
