I'm flying home later this week and could kill some time on the plane listening to this.Unfortunately, I cannot offer the webcast for download (like a podcast). This is because of copyright issues in relation to the music clips. So unless there's a WiFi on the plane and you can stream it from there, in 'flight mode', you'd need to wait untill you get back on the ground. Sorry. But that's another challenge for me right there -- how to get it plane-playable.I mostly understand "there are", "by", and the loans. That's all you need. Thor 7,506
Yes, that's a good one. Unfortunately, I had to omit a great many superhero scores -- especially from the 90's onwards.

Incanus 5,715
I took a small listen of the second episode and found Norwegian surprisingly easy to understand even though I am familiar only with Swedish. Thor 7,506
Cool!I try to enunciate as clearly as possible, to make it understandable for other Scandinavians -- not only Norwegians. So if you can understand some of it as a Finnish, maybe I can expand the relevance to the Nordic countries!
alicebrallice 134
thor, how long does it take for you to come up with stuff for a new episode, record, edit it etc?
Thor 7,506
thor, how long does it take for you to come up with stuff for a new episode, record, edit it etc? About a day -- a) conceptualization (this may actually take a few days to properly 'digest' in my mind), b) writing some keywords for a manuscript, c) recording voice, d) editing voice, e) editing in clips, f) editing a master recording. The SUPER HERO programme took about 8 hours. The conceptualization bit is the tricky part...that's why I can only have new programs about every 14 days or so, as one's mundane everyday activities have a tendency to intrude. alicebrallice
Brónach 1,302
Listening to it.I'm unfamiliar with some of the scores so it's quite nice. I didn't know The Phantom.
Thor 7,506
THE PHANTOM is fantastic! (the score, that is, not the film). As you say, Chaac, the program can hopefully be used as a moderated 'sampler' for music clips even for those who don't understand my words. And then if you like what you're hearing, you can always check out more samples and even full albums at Youtube, Spotify, iTunes and whatnot.
