  1. Listened to these, randomly, again this morning -- they really are fantastic!
  2. Absolutely loved the whole season. It is just incredible to me how much $$$ is put into visual effects. Looking forward to volume 2 of Shirley's score.
  3. So great to hear it without the narration! And good to know Johnny considers it a concert piece that can be performed without the narration. Bodes well for an official release…PLEASE
  4. Joel McNeely's "Dalakos Arrival" is another of my favorite cues. It was high on my most wanted list from the series.
  5. Lovely cue; a nod to Grusin's ON GOLDEN POND. A very easy edit, as the opening is essentially clean in the released track. I have to say, this is one of those cues that would typically get cut off just when it gained steam, but not in this case -- it just keeps going and builds. The longer running times of these episodes really allowed for sequences like this to be extended beyond what would have been possible in the earlier seasons. That is especially true of some of the incredible "arrival" cues.
  6. Well, assuming this goes up for sale in New Zealand on Friday we should at least have the real tracklist tomorrow.
  7. Please tell me the “Pterodon is Ready for Shakedown” sequence from episode 1 is included!
  8. The "You'll Never Walk Alone" cue is apparently called "Kelly Invites Topa," and is credited to Kaska (thought it was Cottee).
  9. Evan Call's GOLD KINGDOM, WATER KINGDOM is an impressive work. I have been really impressed with his orchestral scores of the last couple of years.
  10. Been listening quite a bit -- I think most of it is live, and really quite enjoyable.
  11. I’m enjoying Hogwarts Legacy, especially the “Study Themes” album. Just wish the tracks didn’t run into each other.
  12. No self-respecting Williams fan can be without this, just sayin'
  13. Why can't just tell us the date when it will be available instead of this "coming soon" BS?
  14. I think there is a big difference between this piece and Dear Basketball, in which the music and narration were conceived as fully integrated. Grit and Glory is more like a mini film score and there is no reason why it can’t be enjoyed separately from the montage. Anyway, that’s my two cents.
