  1. Damn this one's going faster than I thought! I was going to hold off for a bit but I bit the bullet and pulled the trigger as they say. ORDERED!!!
  2. well I'll just wait and buy it used cheap, not paying $25 for it that's for sure.
  3. Hey folks, I didn't buy this originally and now I'm trying to find it at a decent price on the Bay or Amazon but people are wanting $25 or so for this, what gives? Any other suggestions on where to buy this at a more sensible price? Thanks!
  4. Assuming? How can SW resist not putting in the Empire / Stormtroopers in these spin-off movies? I would think the Empire would be at their prime during this time-frame, much like RO.
  5. Assuming? How can SW resist not putting stormtroopers / Galactic Empire in these spin-off movies? They're fan favorites and are at their height during the time of this movie I would think.
  6. Welp... Count me in the minority on this one, was wanting MG to score this movie as well. I was extremely happy with his RO score and wanted to hear more from him and the possibilities of expanding on themes from RO. Nothing against Powell, I'm just not as familiar with his works. Chad
  7. I don't see Carl either, but could be just cut off on the pic, doesn't look like the full banner
  8. Lest we forget he also did a small bit in the Bastard Executioner a few years ago. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMoJ2gMow_M
  9. https://twitter.com/DougAdamsMusic/status/883069334117134337 Anyone notice this in one of Doug's replies? A very small teaser but it's better than nothing! Here's hoping the ball has started rolling again on this project. Chad
  10. I know I'm in the minority here, but I don't care. I thoroughly enjoyed Gia's Rogue One score, especially considering the time-crunch he was under to make it happen. And after watching this video, my appreciation for the score has increased!
  11. The only one's I've missed out on that I wanted are BTTF (2-disc) and Star Trek 2009 deluxe 2-disc. BTTF isn't too bad of a price on the secondary market but for some weird reason ST '09 deluxe is crazy expensive. This was during my soundtrack "dark times" so I wasn't as actively updating myself with new and expanded releases. I used to have a bunch of JW cds that I decided to rip them to hard drive and sell the cds used to earn some $$ but now I'm finding myself buying them back up on eBay at $4-$5 a pop to get them back in my collection I'm still somewhat "old school", mp3 is nice but still prefer the music on disc. I did miss out on the Superman blue box when they had the 50% off sale that I'm now kicking myself for not getting it then. I have the Rhino release from 2000 and don't feel like paying $120 for the box set, I'll just have to put it on a birthday or Christmas wish list
  12. Thanks Jay for the input, that's what I was thinking the answer would be. Just need to wait for a sale on the Intrada / Varese pages to purchase these.
  13. Question for anyone, I missed out on the 2-disc release for Part I, is it worth getting on the secondary market for the 2nd disc or is the single disc release from 2015 sufficient?
  14. I agree that I do not think that they're related, just wondering if Shore went back and utilized that part of Shelob the Great and used it for Thorin's theme?
  15. Hey folks, didn't see this anywhere in the search tool, so apologies if this has been discussed already. But as I was listening to Spotify today it played Shelob The Great, and time-stamp 4:17 - 4:24 it sounds just like the theme for the dwarfs in Hobbit AUJ in "Axe or Sword?", time-stamp 0:37 - 0:44. I am in no way a music-reader but it's amazing how all these years later I'm still noticing new things with these soundtracks. Thoughts? Chad
  16. Thanks, I pasted them into Chrome, IE wouldn't play nice. Now, another noob question, how do I get the files to burn to CD in chronological order if I mix in a batch of OST and FYC files? I've tried in the past with TFA OST / FYC mix but it burned it all jacked up in different spots.
  17. Sorry for the noob question, but when I copy and paste the link into a new tab it automatically starts up my media player, how do I save to my drive?
  18. I'm hoping to have this set under the Christmas tree on Sunday morning, fingers crossed!
  19. I voted for The Last Crusade, although if there was a choice for the Indy saga that would have been my pick. I have the Concord set but it is very frustrating to have one CD with additional music from all 3 films.
  20. Going to Best Buy tomorrow to pick up a copy, does anyone know where I can buy download the 2009 Deluxe Edition soundtrack? I want the discs but I'm not paying $100 for it (ridiculous). Thanks! Chad
  21. This one trumps all. I bring you... Tunak!!! 4 minutes of your life you will never get back!! haha Chad
  22. gkgyver, I tried to PM you but I couldn't get it to work for some reason. I would buy the game but my cpu won't handle it and wanted to know if you could please pm me the complete game only files? Hate to ask but I couldn't get the demo to work so I know if I bought the game it wouldn't work either. Thanks! -Chad
  23. gkgyver, that is very interesting news, thanks for sharing. And if you could share the love as well that would be great! (by pm, of course) -Chad
