I haven't heard the old Godzilla scores outside their films...but I really do enjoy Arnold's Godzilla. Hmm weird for some reason when I tried to vote it gave me an error.

Oh I have it, just never bothered to listen to it. Just like a lot of the music I trade for.

If you ask me how a particular score is from my list, a pretty good chance I couldn't tell you. I also don't like SFX questions, because I never know the answers. So I have to find the files, drag 'em into iTunes, skip through a few tracks and then answer the guy.

Which is why I never answered Taikomochi's question about my JP expanded scores <_<

Hattori was the worst composer to infect this series of films.

Anyway, my choices were Monster Zero in the Showa Era, and Godzilla vs. Destroyah in the Heisei.

But I agree, although his John Barry You Only Live Twice imitation in Godzilla vs SpaceGodzilla might be the best thing about that score.

I think it's every bit as good as those two. It's grittier than ID4, but still big, bold and memorable.

I'm a die hard fan of the scores. I have the FutureLand releases and am now collecting the new box sets that are being released. The sound quality on the sets are really great.

You probobly should have made three different polls. The Heisei and the Millenium series should be seperate, but I voted for King Kong vs. Godzilla and Godzilla vs. Biollante.
