Taikomochi 1,136
I was listening to my complete ROTS, the part where Palpatine talks to Anakin after beheading Dooku, and amongst the ship SFX, I can hear a Tusken Raider scream? Are there Tusken Raiders flying ships or something or am I just getting my SFX cofused?

Quintus 5,399
Yep. I've been saying it all along. The Tuskens MUST be flying ships.

Mattris 416
Wasn't it Anakin remembering mother's death?
Datameister 2,044
That's correct, mattmane. Palpatine reminds him of the Sand People, and so we hear a distant hint of a Tusken Raider howl.
Taikomochi 1,136
Ah! Thank you so much! My question is answered! I hadn't compared it to the movie, so I had forgotten that part.

Gruesome Son of a Bitch 6,488
It's supposed to be in his head, but seeing as how this kind of thing was never done in any of the other movies outside of people talking through the force, it's natural to assume there's a Tusken Raider (or one of those skiff guards that Lando fights). Andy 4,148
It truly was insulting to the audience to have to remind us who the Tusken Raiders are. I tend to be a Lucas apologist, but it is odd how at times he has to connect the dots with a sharpie (like the Imperial Shuttle scene in the ESB Special Edition) and other times he leaves things mind numbingly unclear (like Sifo Dyas)
Taikomochi 1,136
Oh yes. The whole Sifo Dyas thing pissed me off. I don't have as much as a problem with the sharpie connected events as much, but yes, definitely.

Taikomochi 1,136
OK, now you guys are just being overly anti prequel. They weren't so clear that you had no grip of the plotline to the extent I would say the nutshell comment, but there were a few things that were problematic. Andy 4,148
Oh, I'm not anti-prequel at all. Love 'em actually. But yeah, that Tusken sfx is akin to adding a Jabba laugh behind Han's mention of him in the Hoth Base.
