Mr. Breathmask 555
You are referring to this picture I assume:Although I've posted others. this one in the "face to the name" thread, and a small version of this was my avatar for a very short period, until Steef made a remark I copied him, and I took it down. Steef doesn't need to think I imitate him. His head's big enough already. Come to think of it, I look like a jackass in all of those pictures. QMM 4
I was cleaning out my email inbox when I came upon an old email from last year***TOP 10 REASONS TO VISIT THE JOHN WILLIAMS FAN NETWORK DURING 2004***10) Our 5th ANNIVERSARYOn February 5, 2004 we celebrate the 5th anniversary of the site, created in Feb5, 1999 as a source of information on the then still upcoming score for STARWARS: EPISODE I - THE PHANTOM MENACE, and later expanded to a general JohnWilliams site reporting the latest news on the Maestro on an almost daily basis.Next month we'll celebrate this event with a special article presenting achronology of the site and the main happenings of this first five-year period.9) JWFAN.NET 2.0During 2004 (hopefully before spring) visitors will notice big improvements inthe website, both structurally and aesthetically, as a new version of thesoftware the site is based on will be implemented by our System AdministratorAndreas Westphal - the Man who bears the expenses of the whole JW-Music Network(something for which we should be extremely thankful!)8) POSSIBLE NEW RELEASES of Classic Scores and/or Concert WorksAlthough nothing has been announced regarding new releases of classic Williamsscores during 2004, who knows if unreleased gems such as FAMILY PLOT (of whichnot even a bootleg exists), BLACK SUNDAY or MONSIGNOR, or perhaps some concertworks like the recent SOUNDINGS or the CONCERTO FOR HORN AND ORCHESTRA will seethe light this year?7) THE TERMINALWilliams will shortly begin working on the score to the new Steven Spielbergfilm, which is currently entering its post-production phase. We can expect a CDrelease of the new Williams/Spielberg collaboration in early June...6) HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABANA generous selection of the score from HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN(from which we've already heard one theme in the film's trailer) will bereleased on CD in May -less than five months from now!5) A possible announcement of a NEW JOHN WILLIAMS WORK for this year? With six months between the recording of THE TERMINAL and the scoring of EPISODEIII, there is enough time for another Williams work. Well, at least we know itmay happen!4) Williams Starts Scoring EPISODE III2004 will also be the year in which Williams starts scoring the last installmentin the STAR WARS saga. It's been officially confirmed that the Maestro willbegin writing the score to STAR WARS: EPISODE III this fall, recording sessionstaking place in February, 2005...3) Williams Starts Working on INDIANA JONES IVBy the end of the year, Williams will probably start penning ideas for his otherbig score of 2005: the long awaited return of INDIANA JONES!2) A Possible Announcement of the Complete INDIANA JONES ScoresWe *might* expect an announcement to take place somewhere during the second halfof this year concerning the *possible* official release of the complete INDIANAJONES in 2005 -coinciding with the release of the fourth Indy movie. But again, this is only speculation -only time will tell! And the number 1 reason for visiting JWFAN in 2004 is...1) Our MESSAGE BOARDS!Over the last few months, the JWFAN MESSAGE BOARDS have become more popular, more entertaining and more enriching than ever, thanks in no small part to thesuperb work of our Moderator, Neil S. Bulk, and the invaluable contribution ofthe members of our website (over 700 as we speak!). We strongly recommend you tovisit our boards on a regular basis if you don't want to miss a thing! Thanks for being part of this great community.
