Unlucky Bastard 7,782
I'd like a movie adaptation. Ayn Rand rambles too much, so leave it to Snyder to make it comprehensible.

Disco Stu 15,495
I feel dutybound to inform everyone that the latest trailer for the weird-looking new Winnie the Pooh version of Hook has a "hand in the wheat field" Gladiator reference in it Not Mr. Big

Disco Stu 15,495
It's about a grown up Christopher Robin who thinks the Hundred Acre Woods was a childhood fantasy and is now an adult with a family that he ignores because he's consumed by his career. Then Winnie the Pooh and co. come back to his life to show him how to be a good dad. It's Hook, essentially.

Koray Savas 2,251
Had no idea this movie existed. Doesn’t look bad actually, and with Dario Marianelli scoring no less! Hope he doesn’t get rejected. Great cast in this one. Interested to see how Zimmer will score it.
Naïve Old Fart 9,552
I've just seen a trailer for something called THE OLD MAN AND THE GUN, starring Robert Redford, Sissy Spacek, Danny Glover, Casey Affleck, and Tom Waits. It looks interesting. On 02/06/2018 at 2:13 PM, Quintus said: Toni Collette is very good, a sort of modern female equivalent to Richard Dreyfuss back in the day. Koray Savas 2,251
Since Phil Lord wrote and produced it, Mothersbaugh could be a possibility. But not sure how much creative control he has over the film as an exec producer.

karelm 2,914
A sequel to "The Right Stuff", "First Man" is the story of Niel Armstrong told by the very fine director, Damien Chazelle (oscar winning director of the excellent debut film, Whiplash, and La La Land). It seems to cover a lot of ground so will be interesting how they can fit so many elements into a narrative but I have high hopes.
