Popular Post TownerFan 5,172
All the people who work for these kind of big studio productions are obliged to Non-Disclosure Agreement, so it's perfectly understandable they cannot go into details. It's great that Conrad Pope is sharing pictures and comments about his involvement, though. I think it's very kind on his part to take time to read and reply to almost anyone who writes to him asking questions (which sometimes are closer to bothering!). He's a true gentleman. chuck 155
A mark of a true gentleman just accepts the moniker orchestrator instead of co-composer.

Luke Skywalker 1,939
well, if a cue like 'The Train" from The Legend of Zorro appears in this score, then the mistery of co-composing will be solved

Popular Post tannhauser 101
He means he's about to arrive in NZ, having left NY a week ago, and he and Howard suffering many misadventures along the way, including but not limited to laceration, evisceration, and incineration. Thankfully Pope was able to step in and conduct for a while! Smeltington, Incanus, Alex Shore and 1 other

Incanus 5,801
Let's see if the new thematic ideas and situations warrant more choir. The Elves of Mirkwood and Thranduil's halls would be main candidate for some excellent choral writing in the vein of Lothlorien. And yes more soloists! More! Incanus 5,801
With an anatomically incorrect dragon!I just realized that Manuel can't complain about Smaug's physiology one bit since the dragon is an entirely fictitious fantasy creature that was never meant to be anatomically correct! Incanus 5,801
Maybe it'll be revealed in There And Back Again that Bard gave Legolas a few magical black arrows, that were the ones he used to kill that mumak. He doesn't need any Black Arrows! Legolas spits on the Black Arrows! His own arrows that he has fashioned himself from the dewy branches of an ancient yew tree are enough!

Doo_liss 6,423
I wish this knowledge of Conductor's, Orchestrators, Orchestra changes never came to me, I wish none of this had happened. So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the score that is given to us. SafeUnderHill
