Soundtrack Suggestion Game

I just thought of this game, that may be interesting to some.. :)

(first time I start a thread like this).

One says a word and the poster below should suggest a soundtrack that he considers the best for that word.

Then in turn, he should write a word for the next poster.

That word could be anything, eg:

boxing --> (poster below could suggest the best soundtrack for a boxing movie, eg. Rocky)

Christmas --> (poster below could suggest the best soundtrack for a Christmas-themed movie, eg.Home Alone)

India --> ....

snow --> .......

19th century --> .....

Civil War -->......

piano --> (poster below could suggest a soundtrack that he thinks features best this instrument)

or even genre:

action --> (poster below should name what he considers the best action score)

or even composer:

Jerry Goldsmith --> (poster below should name what he considers the best Goldsmith score)

So, I start with the word:

Holocaust

(poster below should reply to this, and then write a word for the next poster)

Sorry Stefan, but can't understand your replies.

Do you consider Trainspotting to have the best soundtrack for a film related to Scotland?

(for starters, does it have a music score? I don't remember any. Oh.. i take it that even a compilation of songs is considered a soundtrack. Ok, then)

Steef thinks we're doing films. An easy mistake to make, when everyone forgets to mention the composer.

I thought so.

Funny thing is that i was considering this game for a film game, but then I made it more related to this forum!

(couldn't understand his connection of Big Fat Greek wedding to Greek mythology too. I was more along the lines of Jason and Argonauts, Clash of the Titans and such. Anyway)

reply to syringe:

it's a bit difficult, so i'll say Requiem for a dream (Mansell). Couldn't think of anything else.

next: time travel
