Marian Schedenig 8,193
I have Adventures of Robin Hood, and whenever Captain Blood is released, I'll pick it up immediately. So much for old movies that are not by Kubrick or Hitchcock (though I still need much more Hitchcock).Very nice list, Peio. Plenty of stuff in there I want to get myself.Latest addition (today): American History X for 12 euros.Marian - Princess Mononoke - Symphonic Suite (Joe Hisaishi)
Peio 0
Nobody's got any good old movies that aren't exceptionally popular. None of the forgotten classics like Harvey or The Apartment or High Noon. If there's anything older than 2001: a space odyssey, it's because it was directed by Hitchcock or Kubrick.Yeah, whatever.THE SPIRAL STAIRCASEMETROPOLISSAMURAI47 RONINONIBABATHE THREE TREASURESDRUNKEN ANGELSTRAY DOG :? Can't you get rid of it? Why don't you send it to "Home of worst Sci-Fi flicks ever"? Mr. Breathmask 555
Yes, and it actually has the Dutch title on it: Harry Potter en de Steen der Wijzen, just like the second film: Harry Potter en de Geheime Kamer. Titles in the film are English, though. And inexplicably, the theatrical cut of FotR has French end credits! Gits.Mind you, the Blackadder series is actually my dad's, but everything is stored on the same shelve. I'm rewatching them now. Morlock 11
I don't think those movies have anything in common. Signs is not about Aliens. And I never cared about what was out there, or about visiters from outer space. CE3K never got to me. I think Signs is a great movie. And I don't really like Shyamalan- I despise the Sixth Sense, but Signs was great. And even though I know what happens, The Village looks very good.
