Yes I remember reading that thread back in Jan and shedding a tear... I sit here looking at my shelf with the TND OST, Chapter III and DVD rip sitting there next to the beautiful LLL TWINE and DAD releases hoping someday to be able to chuck my DVD rips in the trash and place a rightful complete TND in their place! Oh well I guess I'll have to console myself with Quartets images and LLL Always when they arrive!

Can I get an amen here! Certainly looking forward to Always but if LLL puts out their version of TND I might just plotz!

Empire of the Sun is in the TBD... oh well At least it's not out of print really should not have slept on that one! Weird they didn't mention Potter as Jay quoted it sounds like it's a beast to produce I'm surprised they wouldn't have it at least in the TBD column.

I hear ya! I’ve had mp3 copies of scores like heartbeeps and eiger forever but I can’t bring my self to listen until I can get a real copy for the shelf. Case in point the recent release of the river it was amazing to give it a first listen with liner notes in hand.

there are days I feel the same way but with all the work MM does to preserve these at lest they’ll be around to release again later.

Of course when I do have budget it's "TEMPORARILLY OUT OF STOCK" Superman II, II, IV [La La Land] - Have the blue box can't buy just for artwork no matter how much Jim Titus is my design hero Home Alone [La La Land] - Have the first La La land expansion but haven't gone for the better quality newer one. Home Alone 2 [La La Land] - Have the Varese one and didn't want to shell out just for he new carols Schindler's List [La La Land] - Having a hard time justifying grabbing this one. LOVE the ost but.... [Picked it up on a sale] Saving Private Ryan [La La Land] - A score that I only listen to Hymn of the Fallen... can't spend the cash!! [Picked it up on a sale] We've had an embarrassment or riches released to us over the past several years... I dearly love the releases I have picked up (which I just realized is way longer than this list of ones i haven't) and hope to add these at some point.

Yeah it's strange it seems sometimes to be at the discretion of the folks running the site... sometimes thy leave them sometimes they delete them... doesn't seem to be a hard fast rule there.

It has arrived!!! This is one I've never had in my collection and managed to hear very little of over the years. Sitting down now to savour some vintage (mostly) unheard (by me) 84' Williams!

Shoot... missed this... but it looks like they archive them.

I don't know if it's just because I bought Minority Report and Far and Away but I have a feeling we'll see Born on the Fourth of July before too long. Crazy thing was i didn't even think of the Tom Cruise connection until I was holding both discs in my hands.

Let's give this a go. Probably more of a show off the collection than just the Williams but I usually group Composer then by composition date... the box sets have always been a hitch in the system (the disaster box is the only one that wasn't off to the side) Need to go through and fix the rest of the collection as I've only sorted Williams and Giacchino so far.

Forgive me if I missed this in the thread but I didn't catch it while going through. On some of these releases they have a "technical note" from Matessino where they mention the source that was used for the restoration. In this case I didn't see anything in my quick run through the booklet or this thread. Anyone have any info the source used here? Thanks!

Well... It looks like La-La Land is out of stock on this again. I put in an order on the 27th before it went out of stock but it hasn't shipped yet... let's hope I was able to get in under the wire.

Do we know, even roughly, if these 3 scores are complete here?
