  3. If you have to pick one out of the four, definitely The Breakfast Club first. Not a big fan of Ferris Bueller or Sixteen Candles myself. Planes, Trains And Automobiles would be my pick.

  4. I for one would be very interested in hearing it! E.g. the piano and oboe reduction of the Concerto for Oboe and Orchestra also done by Keisuke Wakao was an interesting comparison piece to the complete orchestral version.

  6. I remember Stevie praising ID4 in the WOTW bonus features. Also, the Crystal Shit interview where he says he didn't want to make it, he wanks off to ID4. He probably sees ID4 as the kind of movie he would have loved as a kid. It has all the conventions of a 50s B-movie that he grew up with, only repackaged into a big budget 1990s extravaganza. Spielberg wishes he made ID4.

  7. I hate the way the internet has made it so we are privy to every single part of the production process with movies now. Nothing is a surprise anymore, and it only ever spurns endless amounts of snide remarks and casual cynicism. The magic and discovery of cinema is dead.

I'll do one better. I'll score an entirely film by hitting a dead opossum against a snare drum. Better yet I'll form a snare drum circle with some friends. Now you got an exotic name and a gimmick.
