If I were posting entire songs, then that would be a copyright violation.Since I am only posting fragments, I am subject to the copyright law's Fair Use clause, which stipulates that I may freely distribute excerpts from a copyrighted work, so long as they are for academic purposes, as this site is. This clause makes research papers possible.Also, I intend to fully document my sources, but I have not located my MLA stylesheet!Should I problem ever arise, I will take my site down if necessary.
