Disco Stu 15,495
Intermission. Wonderful first half. Especially enjoyed the two Waxman pieces. Will 2,215
Yeah, I noticed that too. I kind of like the fast tempos, though. Adds a little novelty to the performance of these familiar pieces. I think it may be because of his hoarse-ness and general uncomfortable feeling. Because he has only talked to the audience once so far, too. Molly Weasley and SteveMc

Popular Post Bespin 8,487
WOAAAAAA Duel of the Fates with Chorus! It made my evening!!!! About the fast tempi, I think that with all the video clips, the conductors simply must follow the technic... JW too... so it explain why he conducted some piece a little bit more faster than usual. Take CE3K for example, for the first time in a live concert conducted by Williams, I heard some special effects and dialogue (well, a word!) from the movie in the background, so the music has to be sync with that. When there is such a clip to sync with the live music, the real conductor is... a computer! Will, aescalle, Ricard and 1 other

#SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 10,265
That is actually incorrect. FLAC is not a "quality" it is a format. By saving a file to FLAC, or other lossless formats like ALAC, you preserve the quality of the recording. By turning it into an MP3, VBR or not, you do not. I've compared the spectogram of the flac and my VBR mp3 --> It's the same. Sharing the FLAC, would add nothing, except that the file is too big for nothing. Normally when we record the broadcast on the website, we get a 192kbps mp3, This time, by getting the live stream, I hope it's a "little bit" better, but they don't broadcast in losslesss format, this is certain. crumbs, Jurassic Shark and aescalle

Bespin 8,487
For the 2nd time, I really don't know why people laught at Psycho videoclips. It's a reason why I don't love to go to concerts, being in public with all those weirdos around me.... It's a thing I can't do. The only thing to do when you hear the music from the shower sequence, is to wave your arm in the air, like if you had a real kitchen knife in your hand.... not to start laughing.
