"Mother fucker" is not really network TV appropriate, and the intermediate cable TV stations -- TNT, TBS, FX, USA, etc. -- often seem to play by network TV rules. I used to think it meant something like "stupid".I find it funny that several "big" insults in English happen to be only mild expressions in Spanish. And they sound bland by comparison. I accepted that I don't like it and very much happily enjoy Munich or Tintin instead for a modern Spielberg. It's like I became less of an Indy fan and more of an Spielberg fan.
