I've heard they were quite reliable but I guess it also depends on the model (deck vs. portable). Similar to a PC's hard disk. Official life expectancy is only 5 years but plenty of people use their PC's hard disk for more than 10 years. And a minidisc will probably last longer depending on how much you use it, of course.

I like how you want to step out of your comfort zone. Gruesome would have fallen asleep within the first 20 minutes.
Music is very effective. Can't imagine anything that would work or sets the mood any better.

Yes, good movie, good acting, but somehow it's not something I will watch again, I think. There are only two scenes that stuck in my mind. The very first scene with his kid on a boat. That acting was extremely natural. In fact, it probably was real. And much later in the movie when Affleck accidentally meets his ex again on the street.

Love Guardians Vol. 1 but Vol.2 was a disappointment for me. It suffered a bit from 'wanting to do too much'. The jokes in The Suicide Squad trailers aren't very promising either. But I'm sure the world disagrees with me.
