Richard Penna 3,703
One of my favorites is track 11 from The Sixth Sense:Malcolm is DeadSimply can't understand the mindset of whoever wrote the titles for this CD. The entire hook of the movie is the twist ending and they just go and give it away. What's wrong with just 'The Revelation', or something like that? indy4 155
Not a track title, but whoever made the covers for some of the Planet of the Apes DVDs is pretty stupid...

Gruesome Son of a Bitch 6,488
Final Confrontation on every Danny Elfman score. In a way, it does spoil just about every damn film Elfman has scored that I can think of (admittedly, I could be radically ignorant of Elfman's library of scores). You might watch these movies and think that perhaps the characters will reconcile their differences by the end and everything will turn out okay. But then, you remember. Wait, Elfman scored this. There's got to be a Final Confrontation. So who's fighting who and why?

Yoda's Death?"Yoda's Death" didn't appear until the box set, but I understand what you mean.Howabout "Barbara's Confession", from "Presumed Innocent"?"Escape, Chase, and Goodbye" does exactly what it says on the tin. Richard Penna 3,703
Season One Finale / Teri's Death from 24 is a fairly incriminating one. Granted, you'd be unlikely to listen to the score before watching the series, but it still ruins the massive end of season twist. And there are loads of "XXXX Dies" or "Death of XXX" in many other scores. It's pretty widespread really.
