Today marks the 25th anniversary of Heroes of Might and Magic 3, one of the best and most enjoyable computer games out there (though some sources indicate it's the 3rd of March). Apart from being a great game, it also has a truly wonderful soundtrack. Any fans of the game/series or the music out there?

My copy arrived just today. I have never ordered anything on Amazon and wanted to avoid doing so. I managed to grab my copy on Allegro (which is the Polish equivalent of eBay) from a private seller. It would be a bummer to learn he had bought it on Amazon in the first place. Ignorance is bliss Now to find the time...

Very sad news, but it is somewhat comforting that Seiji Ozawa and John Williams met last September in Japan and according to Seiji's own words it made him very happy.

Happy Birthday, Maestro! Thank you for enriching my life (and so many others) with your magical music! To many more fruitful musical endeavours. It so happens I'm writing this post at exactly 19:32 here in Poland Funny enough, I ordered the Hook soundtrack from La-La Land Records a few days ago and it has just been sent from LA. I feel like John Williams has sent me a gift I'm celebrating John Williams' birthday with Sabrina (don't know if my wife approves).
