filmmusic 1,844
Because it was an unlimited release. it was? so now it isn't, and there are only 42 copies left?
Jay 37,417
Yes.Unlimited just means they aren't restricted to only making a certain amount of copies - they can make as much as they want. However, their license to make new copies will still eventually expire anyway if they won't or can't renew it.However, looking back at LK's article on their 2006 releases, he says "we will endeavor to keep this in print", so maybe they will press another 100 copies after these 42 sell out? Who knows.

Jay 37,417
Well, Images is definitely out of print. The only copies available on Screen Archives are Used (and go for $30), and it's gone from Movie Music, Intrada, and Buy Soundtrax.I'm not sure what the deal is with the 2nd pressing of The Blue Box. It's certainly Sold Out / Out Of Print, as it's not available for purchase anywhere. But there are posts on FSM that suggest an additional 300 copies might be pressed. No idea when though.Main post updates:2008: Superman: The Music (1978/etc) (2nd pressing) [3000 Copies] Less than 85 copies!!! <--- 300 ADDITIONAL COPIES BEING PRINTED NOW2008: How To Steal A Million (1966) / Bachelor Flat(1962) [2500 Copies]: Less than 395 copies remaining GOING OUT OUT PRINT JULY 29th 2013 OR UNTIL SUPPLIES LAST2007: Images (1972) [2000 Copies] SOLD OUT
