He was too wooden, but maybe a better script and direction would help him be more convincing.And he was probably the best thing about the prequels (aside from the score), which is sad. But I'm not too hopeful about future SW output after one slightly above average film (TFA) and one mediocre film (RO). Maybe TLJ will change that but I have a feeling Solo will bring it back down. If the money allows them, I'm expecting multiple Star Wars films every year in the near future.
