Lee takes the piss out of me for liking Doctor Who.We are all geeks here. And we all like to make fun of each others different little obsessions. But Basil spends far too much time trying to defend himself. Those extremely long posts explaining why its OK to like MLP don't work. Far easier to say."Hey, I love the show, I'm sorry you dont. It was the insulting, accusatory manner in which he reproached everyone about his interests. I stayed out of it, but the need to justify it with articles, video clips, and the opinions of others was entirely unnecessary and instead exposed more of his insecurity about the matter. If you like the show, then good for you and justify it with your OWN opinions. Why should someone else take you seriously if you can't defend yourself and rely on others' opinions to "protect" yours? Although it wasn't cool when he singled out Jason since he didn't do anything wrong. I mean I know that Lucas has issues (who doesn't have issues?) but damn this takes the cake...
