He originally had Holiday Flight as an insert at that moment.  It scored the same Rey/Star Destroyer scene, which was originally a 10X speed montage of scavenging.

It was still kind of boring.

It's at least better than The Rebellion is Reborn.  It may just barely make my top 10 SW themes.

Was thinking again today about how "Follow That Kid" from Home Alone kind of strikes me as a proto-Rey's Theme, at least the version in The Scavenger. People usually throw out Harry Potter but I think this is a more interesting precursor that doesn't really get mentioned.

Isn't  that just because it's using a semi-dies irae type thing?

Yeah but I also think the orchestration and the way it builds is similar, idk something I can't put my finger on about it
