I'm afraid you're out of luck again. I think Jaws 2 never had a 5.1 mix in all of its releases, so I didn't expect it here either.
I just hope the mono is good, because I had some problems with it in the blu-ray. Constant pops here and there.

I don't know, with Thomas Newman, nothing really stands out.
OK, his music may be nice to listen to, but it's mostly like an unobtrusive musical rug, which I'm sure works mostly in the films and not outside of them.

If it didn't include the Moonlight melody, I would have guessed someone else wrote it.

Still in Sabrina mode, and watching the film!
I'm at 40 minutes.
The score seems somehow fragmentary enough, with some cues sounding edited.
Really curious to see how this release will be presented.
By the way, can't wait for people's reaction to the "80s" pop version of Moonlight which is heard in the first photoshoot when Sabrina is in Paris. 
Also, I don't know why we concluded the film version of Moonlight is an edited version of the Sting song.
I know it's that way in the cd single but here, there's someone else singing, and the arrangement sounds different. (this is in the beginning of the film, I don't know if we hear the song again by Sting later).
There is also a lovely instrumental version when Sabrina comes home and goes to the party.
Anyway, I'm off to continuing the film.

Did you know that the Sabrina theme itself, has 3 interlocking "tarnhelm" progressions*?
I tackle with this in my doctoral dissertation.

Weird. I love it how Williams uses such unexpected harmonies, very unusual too for a romantic theme.
 
*it's the main harmonic progression of i-bvi we find in Darth Vader's theme.

Its honestly the one I have listened to the most. It's a wonderful listening experience and one I'm so happy Mr. Williams approved.

I think you're missing that the "Extended Version" moniker being included means that the majority of the track is identical to the OST track "Theme From Sabrina", and then there's more stuff now included, that wasn't in the OST version.  If the parenthetical was "Alternate" then the opportunity would be open for that track to contain literally anything.  But "Extended Version" narrows it down to - I'd say - exactly 1 possibility only.

The asterisk doesn't mean that the track is unreleased.

Maybe one of them is like the ost, with the solo piano rendition in the beginning and then the orchestra takes over in the middle, and the other is like in the sheet music, that is, with the orchestra accompanying the piano rendition of the theme from the beginning.

Great tracklist, and despite some comments here about the songs, I believe the 2nd cd will get a lot of plays by me, since I love such music.

One of my favourite Doyle scores, absolutely gorgeous, several superb themes and the sung version of the main theme, Weep You No More Sad Fountains, is utterly lovely (although I do marginally prefer the more plainly sung version that appeared on a Silva compilation to the more operatic performance for the movie, but it's minor thing). I still find it mystifying that it was Rachel Portman's Emma was the one that got the Oscar (the year after) - don't get me wrong, Portman's score is lovely, but Doyle's is far more interesting and memorable, on a whole other level.

The remaster has only been released digitally. I posted more details in this FSM thread:

A great Gothic tragedy, with a wonderful Patrick Doyle score. I want an expansion ASAP!

Now that I have lived among Scottish folk for 3 1/2 years, I realize how laughable James Doohan's accent is.
