Melange 446
In some ways this is mirroring the storyline of the character, isn't it. By some accounts, he suffered major psychological bullying in his school days as a result of his SW stint though. One should never underestimate how much the effects of childhood bullying can severely affect adult life, I say. * though it is equally possible that this was an inherent dormant disorder which merely began to bloom as he aged. Unlucky Bastard 7,782
He was the least of TPM's problems. In fact I thought he gave a more natural performance than all the stiff and self-conscious adults in the film. mstrox

Melange 446
Rather than measuring his acting ability, the harrasment he put up with in his school days was probably down to sheer jealousy. Bastards that people can be in the 'collosseums' that schools often are. On another note, I was thinking that there is one aspect of this which doesn't mirror his SW character. Anakin never turned on his mother.

Thor 7,504
Child actors with issues as adults are all-too-common, as everyone knows. But I think in this particular case, a mental disorder was already latent from an early age. Sorry to hear about this.
Unlucky Bastard 7,782
So how might his life have turned out if he was never in TPM and instead got roles that would never have received such pedantic scrutiny?
