He might just have been speaking from experience. You could argue that, on average, they have always been doing another film "shortly" for the past 40 years.
Did anybody catch it or happen to tape it? I was hoping to find out his first reaction to Schindler's List, whether he likes to read scripts in advance and how the ending to ET was recorded....
Good to see that it's selling like hotcakes. Means that it has been desired for some time, but that people have been inhibited because of the rarity and steep price of the Label X.
