SUNSHINE (directed by Danny Boyle) 2005/2006

You should never post pictures that feature cute Irishman and fellow Corkonian Cillian Murphy in the right background. This is also cheating the rules of the screenshot scenerio as this movie is still in post-production mode.

In this sequence, does the hand appear or disappear ?

To quote Col. Klebb: "You're not here to ask questions"

Good one... You love that movie don't ya? :)

Not really. It didn't have Sigourney Weaver. I just recognised the yellow jump suit.

1. King Kong?

No. You cheated, didn't you! I used fake titles for the image names on purpose. ;)

2= Something from the 70s. That looks like DeNiro playing the bad guy.

No and no.

And North by Northwest was correct.

Hahahahaha!!! Hmmm...close Hitch...but not close enough. Some of the music in this film was re-used in Lost In Space. Think 1950s Washington...Arlington Memorial Cemetary...diamonds...trains that don't need tracks..."Bobby do you have a flashlight?" Enough clues.

The second one is Ronin.

I know because it's in the name of the photo.

No, it's not. I put that there to see who was cheating. :sigh:

Hint for no. 1: the main character of the film is there in the picture.

Hint for no. 2: This film has nothing whatsoever to do with Robert De Niro. Also, it was made shortly after Ronin, if that helps.

THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL - directed by Robert Wise and music composed and conducted by the late great Bernard Herrmann.
