Could be interesting, if true.

My only problem is that he doesn't listen to any bits of Fabelmans score. He would have discovered at least an interesting thing or two to comment on the piano.

Ruining your video games and movies how?

I don't know about playing for time, but he certainly took his time.
The first completely new material since UP, in 2002.
Hopefully this means that I/O isn't far off.
I/O is coming this year!
There's also two new tracks that have been released so far (he's been releasing one every new Full Moon since January)

I think they're giving it an honest shot, but I think that Johnny also feels very proud of his friend and wants to support him as much as he can.

If you hummed the melodies from your examples here still for hours after watching the movie you have a very different feeling for melodies than I have.
You cited Dances with Wolves as a catchy theme. Well, how could you forget about it? Barry repeats it all the freaking time!

You're kidding, right?

Why not compose the music for the whole thing?
It would be the first TV mini series he would compose the score for, wouldn't it?
I don't know if Williams would want to commit to scoring a 8-hour film at this point in his career. Even if it had a short score.

- Hey John, can I copy your homework?
- Yeah, just change it up a bit so it doesn't look obvious you copied.
- Ok.

The only thing that interests me about this is the possibilty of Powell reworking his material -hopefully it's not just the old cues with some new layers.

I'm checking the page and right now there's only an option to "buy package".
Is it not possible to buy individual tickets in a more traditional fashion?

Hmm, actually I’m not as sure about reasoning behind the tracking in Episode III. I remember it being specifically mentioned that many of the arena battle scenes were incomplete when Williams was scoring Episode II, so I assumed it was a similar situation for ROTS.Prequel experts: @Manakin Skywalker @Jay happen to know?
I seem to recall that the tracking in ROTS, particularly The Arena and Duel of the Fates, was something that George requested specifically very early on. I remember Williams commenting in an interview something akin to: "I wanted to compose something new, but George wanted to use Duel of the Fates for the duel."
