nightscape94 965
I've seen the film 6 or 7 times. No where was it implied that he was not dead. The scene with the bloody collector cards being in his pocket, but they were really in his locker or something.
#SnowyVernalSpringsEternal 10,265
That doesnt imply that he was alive at all. That scene is to show that Nick Fury is indeed the manipulator that Stark said he was. Maximizing the effect Coulson's death to try and get The Avengers to strike back.
Bilbo 3,709
Death means nothing in the MCU. Someone dies and comes back to life in nearly all of the films.

mstrox 6,661
I guess this confirms that Bettany's Jarvis becomes Vision, not just a same-actor-different-character deal. (Didn't know if that was even in question or not, but it's a question I had when he was cast).

mstrox 6,661
Looking at that cast list, it's kind of overwhelming too - like the movie is going to be way too busy. Of course, I felt the same way about Guardians of the Galaxy and that worked well, so I guess it's possible that my fear will be unfounded. Jay 37,479
X-Men 2 had about as many characters and Singer found a perfect balance, giving every character an important thing to do and a moment to shine. The question is... do you have faith in Whedon? mstrox 6,661
Whedon has never been my cup of tea - I enjoyed Firefly just fine, but didn't love it like people seem to. Buffy never held my interest. I didn't care for Doctor Horrible. Avengers is probably middling-level in the MCU movies - I enjoyed two Iron Mans, a Captain America, a Thor, and Guardians more.So I'm not throwing a lot of faith in Whedon, but I have some faith in the Marvel machine and their last four movies have really been my cup of tea.
