Jay 37,374 Posted November 10, 2015 Share Posted November 10, 2015 I know, right?It seems to be that PJ only liked the B Section of the theme, and not hte A section, so force Shore to put it into the film basically verbatim to its DOS appearance, instead of him writing new variations.But what I don't get is why Shore would both those instances on the soundtrack CD instead of something more original that he liked. The more thematic ideas or variations you have the harder it is to give them all a clear satisfactory development, especially when Bard doesn't get any denouement.
