Oh man, I can name quite a few. I've always loved Exultate Justi although I'm not 100% sure it's a Williams composition? From 1941 I always lean to Battle Over Hollywood or End Titles March. that section of The Flying Sequence from Superman (especially when that Statue of Liberty fanfare kicks in *swoon*), March of the Villains, Battle in the Snow from ESB, Parade of the Ewoks, and the complete Indy's First Adventure sequence from Last Crusade, the battle music from Hook, The Land Race from Far and Away, Cry Your Tears, Africa from Amistad (I LOVE this score) and the main title from The Patriot.

JasonTHX got a reaction from The Illustrious Jerry in HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MAESTRO!
On his 89th birthday, I look at John Williams’s first film score which was not composed for Spielberg or Lucas in Hollywood. It was for a provincial government official in Newfoundland and Labrador when Williams was a young member of the U.S. Air Force. I live just minutes away from the little downtown building where this score was recorded (it's still there) and the library (also still there) where he would find local provincial melodies usually sung by fishermen.

This will not be popular to say that... but I'm 100 % on the side of JW... if he says NO, then we have to respect that.

JasonTHX reacted to Alan in Remasters of the First 6 Star Wars Soundtracks now available (Shawn Murphy / Disney Records 2018)
Lets look at the evidence, shall we?

    - The music has been re-transferred from original elements at high-resolution
    - Shawn Murphy is re-assembling the OST releases to be issued this year
    - Mike M has stated publicly that he wants another go at these scores to do them justice
    - Mike M has proven that he has a great relationship with the people he needs approval from, inc Williams himself
    - We're in an apparent golden age of amazing John Williams re-issues that, more than ever, are getting major studio support
    - Disney have done the unheard of and put out a Star Wars film with an isolated score so they clearly know the hunger that there is for the music
    - Star Wars is as big a cash cow now as it has ever been - maybe more?

Does anyone really think that new complete releases are not coming? I'd put money on their being released after the completion of Episode 9 if not before!

Finally for Far & Away and The River. I Love Far & Away and the MCA CD needs a modern day remastering badly. Ditto for The River. The beginning of that movie had an incredible Bum-bum-bum drum beat added to The River main theme that I have wanted forever.

Do not care one bit for Sabrina.

Oh my gosh! Complete E.T., complete Close Encounters, a new Star Wars score and a new Spielberg drama score... all in the next 3.5 months! What a time to be alive. Certainly dulls any disappointment of Williams passing on Ready Player One (which makes perfect sense if he wanted a break before starting Star Wars IX).

Huge thanks to @La La Land Records and Mike Matessino. I know you're all tireless behind the scenes lobbying for these scores, we couldn't be more grateful of all the work you do.
