Sandor 797 Posted September 20, 2010 Share Posted September 20, 2010 Over the years, I've seen various VHS, trading cards, books, magazines, CD's, etc. releases focussing on the Original Star Wars Trilogy.Often, SW, ESB and ROTJ have been attributed a color. ROTJ is - virtually in every case - identified by the color GREEN. However; the colors for SW and ESB vary. In about 50% of all these releases SW is given the color RED and ESB BLUE.The other half sees the opposite: SW is BLUE and ESB is RED.So, what colors do you associate with the OT?SW: REDESB: BLUEROTJ: GREENorSW: BLUEESB: REDROTJ: GREENor something else? The blue and red colors no doubt are from this (the novelization for Empire had a blue cover; the Jedi logo was usually in red against black). Not because of tatooine, but because I find it to be the blandest of the trilogy by far(Not saying it's bad, but comparatively) and I find tan to be a bland color ESB is always thought of as white, probably because of Hoth.ROTJ is green, of course.
