After it makes a billion dollars probably lol.
My prediction is that it is released for digital late November for Thanksgiving in the US. Then a physical release before Christmas.

I just realized that I haven't seen Interstellar since it was in the theaters. And I can tell you more about it than most movies (not all) that I saw this year. And I'm not even a big fan of Interstellar.

I hate the whole "love is an artefact of a higher dimension that we can't consciously perceive" stuff. It undermines the film fatally for me.

This. This is why Christopher needs Jonathan, IMHO. Although this summer's box office seems to indicate otherwise.

(We're re-watching Person of Interest. So good.)

I actually didn't mind this. Bit cheesy but the film gives it an honest shot. I'd rather Nolan commit a "cheese sin" as opposed to "dry exposition sin".

I hated all the sobbing at the end. Who does Nolan think he is? Spielberg?!

All that "Murph!" stuff didn't bother me, at all, but the scene in the hospital was very affecting. I appreciated the role reversal, and Ellen Burstyn was fantastic.

Superb Variety article on Our Lord and Savior. Mostly about Oppenheimer but touches on many other interesting things. Say what you want about his films but he is an interesting and smart guy.

A well-deserved tribute to Nolan, who has been making his mark for quite some time now. He has finally made a "serious" film, worked with excellent actors and actresses, and it has been rewarded. Congratulations.

He DPed every Nolan film from Memento to Dark Knight Rises, then directed a movie (Transcendence) instead of continuing to DP for him, and now he's directed 6 episodes of television and commercials for Taco Bell, Hyundai, and Crypto since then and that's about it

Here's an article from 2015 where he states that he wants to direct instead of DP from then on

So Transcendence really did kill his career huh, at least as a director for major Hollywood movies. :(

And that movie isn't even that awful.

Christopher Nolan Remaking Iconic ’60s Sci-Fi Series Into A Movie Next?

I didn't even have to look to know what it was: The Prisoner.

It would be so nice if he would bring Jonathan back for this one. I mean, JN already did Prisoner adjacent with Person of Interest.

Who of the Christopher Nolan Players would make a great Number Six? Or Two? (Twos.)

Memento is to Nolan what Duel is to Spielberg. It’s what put him on the map, made him a superstar director overnight.

Insomnia is above average thanks to Pacino and Robin Williams.

I prefer TDKR over TDK because in TDKR I actually liked Batman.

Didn't Spielberg become a superstar director with Jaws?

Yes, but first he became one with Duel. He even got to meet Fellini in Rome.

Wasn't it just a TV movie of the week? I think the world (from the average Joe in Arkansas to the elite reviewer in New York) only started talking about Steven Spielberg after the record-breaking blockbuster that was Jaws. Now he was a superstar!

It was so good that after it aired on television, Universal  released it theatrically worldwide.

And Spielberg made another film before JAWS, his first theatrical film, THE SUGARLAND EXPRESS, where he first worked with John Williams.

Never understood the Dark Knight Rises hate.

People can't cope with the fact that Batman lost a fight. That's why the thumbs went down.

Doesn't he get his butt kicked in Batman Begins? And have to be rescued by Alfred?

That same storyline was done so much better in the comic books.
