Maybe it appeared a lot in those authomatic playlists generated by Spotify's algorithm?

Does anyone know why A New Life from First Knight has an insane number of plays on Spotify compared to the rest of the OST?

I wish the Academy would stop treating the In Memoriam section as primarily a performance piece with the actual deceased people seemingly a distant second thought. It is disrespectful.

I thought the coverage of the In Memoriam was slightly better than previous years but yeah, still a lot of people who went by while in a stage wide shot, and some names and faces were obscured entirely by whatever was onstage because of the angles. It's irritating that it feels like the deceased are being upstaged...everyone agrees the In Memoriam should be there, why distract from it? What was so wrong with just putting together a nice montage?

I've honestly never felt like he's gotten remotely as close to winning as he was for Memoirs. That was in the bag.

I'm actually relieved JW didn't win because the online backlash from the Oppenheimer fans would have been immense. 

To be fair, even Raiders (film and score) would have lost again, were it the contender.

Probably just the side effect of Dial of Destiny looking underwhelming with four Best Picture nominees 

I totally disagree with this. I think the piano chords sound absolutely rubbish. Totally doesn't fit the scene.

I miss the symphony hall concerts. I only traveled from Ireland twice for them but would happily do so again if there was another one.

Have you tried reaching out to their Facebook page too? I had an issue where some of my emails go through, and others don't. It happens with my Comcast email but not my Gmail. Usually if I have an issue with LLL (which hasn't happened much at all to be honest) I'll send them and email AND Facebook message just to be safe. Then wherever they respond back, I'll address it through that medium.

3:22-3:41 has some of the best action-string writing I've heard in a while. It's so good!
 
I'm not sure how to correctly describe it, but I love the classic Williams heart-pounding 'prelude to third act' music that appears from 2:38-3:07. I'm not sure if that makes any sense, but I still think it's a great short moment!
 
Also, the musical transition that occurs between 2:09 to 2:21 is so satisfying! I often repeat it way too many times!
 
The rendition of Helena's Theme that occurs from 1:49-2:10 starts whimsical, but then transitions into such a graceful and elegant performance. I love it!
