I imagine Luke and Leia's theme making an appearance but I don't know what else JW would repeat from ROTJ. I wonder if these early preview people are familiar enough with JW's music to be trusted or if the music has some superficial similarities to past Star Wars scores that they mistake for whole quotes or if there is tracked music in the film from ROTJ, which would strike me as odd.

You’re randomly putting down a movie that hasn’t even come out yet, for seemingly no reason other than to be dramatic. “I’m in this forum thread because I’m not watching a movie.” Who says something like that? I bought Eps I, IV, V and VI. They sound good although they are a bit compressed. The DR value is a bit lower than the originals but not too bad. I haven't done a good complete A/B with the originals yet but plan to in the near future.

I think those are the correct tracks. The only thing that puzzles me is that it appears to be chronological and we all know that JW doesn't usually do that with his albums. Perhaps working with LLL and Intrada a lot lately has given him a fresh approach to sequencing his albums.

30 minutes of original cues that were eventually replaced by rescores sounds about right to me.

The sound is good but like all of LLLs releases, its a bit more compressed than the original release. The first disc has a DR of 11. I listened to a lot of it last night through headphones (Grado 125is) and was quite pleased with the overall sound.

I find both The Goonies and BTTF rather dissapointing. But 85 has many fine scores
