Edmilson reacted to crumbs in The Official La-La Land Records Thread
And from memory LLL were looking at Moonraker and Licence to Kill a few years back before the MGM buyout halted plans.
Clearly that's no longer a barrier, so maybe they'll resume working on those titles soon.

So just the three Arnold/Brosnan scores, right? Meaning that these Octopusse and Live and Let Die expansions are the first "modern" expansions" for any pre-Brosnan Bond score.
If so, this is historical. Let's hope it's just the beginning for more older Bond expansions, particularly the Barry ones.

I'd say the only "definitive" Bond expansions are the ones we've gotten from LLL. Pretty much all of the others are at least missing some shorter cues or source music. Some of these scores could use a modern remaster as well.

LLL is truly in an all time high.

Edmilson got a reaction from Bofur01 in John Powell's MIGRATION (2023)
It's got everything a Powell fan craves from his scores: exciting action, great themes, wholesome moments...
I missed this kind of score from him so badly.

Edmilson reacted to Tallguy in The Official Varese Sarabande Thread
I know a few women / girls who are huge Harry Potter fans. And none of them know why I keep going about about this 90 year old film composer.

Edmilson got a reaction from Jay in Home Alone - 25th Anniversary 2CD Edition by La-La Land Records (2015)
I love that in the early 90s JW had his telephone right above his piano, so when it rang (and I imagined it rang all the time) he didn't need to get up to answer it
Also, I'd like to think that this made easier for him to play some notes on the piano during a phone call with Spielberg or any director/producer he happened to be working with.

Edmilson got a reaction from ThePenitentMan1 in Non-JW Favourite Short Musical Moments
My favorite performances of My Heart Will Go On is not on any of the romantic moments and especially not the song, but rather during the sinking, when it's accompanied by one of my favorite Hornerisms ever (one that was especially present during the 90s and 2000s): fast snare drums and increasingly dramatic string runs a la Apollo 13.
5:28 to 5:58:
Also, how can I forget the apocalyptic and utterly hopeless passage that starts at 6:50?

I'm not sure where to start. I mean... Has it ever been a successful line with ANY woman "I found the missing music tapes to a 1970's movie"? Although since they were at a Harry Potter concert, maybe...?

I did not realize how little time and how close to the premiere that Williams scored this. Crazy how good he is when he is pure instinct.

Edmilson got a reaction from JTN in Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon
46 years from now there'll be a website called THFan.com. Although theoretically the site is supposed to be about Holkenborg's whole career, in practice everyone will spend most of their time talking about the Rebel Moon saga.
There will be threads such as "Rebel Moon is better than everything!" and "Rebel Moon Disenchantment", where people will mostly complain about the state of the saga after Snyder sold it for billions to Disney.
