Bilbo 3,710
I think I'm currently at 15 copies. The vast majority have something other than just a different cover to be fair . Illustrated Annotated First Edition Facsimile (with originals Riddles in the Dark) Hardcover Reading copy. etc. Its totally excessive but YOLO. Cant wait to get my Niffler statue. It's probably referring to his Senatorial clout, which given the Emperor is about tho dissolve the Senate when the Death Star is made operational, means very little at that time. Quintus 5,400
Especially considering he only had four and a half weeks to write the entire score. crumbs 14,407
He started writing Jurassic Park at the end of February 1993 and they were already recording by the end of March! Even with more modern scores, the turnaround on The BFG was incredibly rapid. Williams is still writing incredibly fast and also orchestrating all his own music. He's the David Attenborough of the film scoring community, not slowing down and still going as strong as ever. Will and Pieter Boelen
