Correct, any member could choose to visit the site and not log in, though there's no records kept of all the random IPs that visit this place.

 

The only IPs logged are the ones used for members signing up, and for each post made.

 

 

 

 

There's this screen that shows who is currently browsing the site including people not logged in:
