  1. Aren't you tired of Lord of the Rings scores? I don't know, I cannot understand people wanting more of a certain franchise, be it either Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, etc. etc.. I haven't even listened to the complete recordings of the initial trilogy yet..
  2. I guess I should listen to this too, since I'm searching for religious sounding soundtracks. * * * Can't say I liked this. Too sparsely composed. Of course that is the style of Preisner, but I like it better in Kieslowski or other films.
  3. Yes, I always find the root directory..
  4. I have a weird problem and I was wondering if anyone has the same problem. When I download an image from the net, from whatever site, it automatically downsizes! Does anyone know how to correct this?
  5. Speaking of Caron, I've tried 3 times to watch Gigi (I generally love musicals), a 9 Oscar winner including Best picture, but never managed to finish it...
  6. Well, I don't generally watch live-action series because I'm bored.. If I watch a series it will most certainly be an anime. Now I'm watching this series from my childhood:
  7. I have this 5.1 set up, which I bought 650 euros, and I have regretted every minute of it. https://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-HTP-076-5-1-Channel-Theater-Package/dp/B07TDMQVSD In some blu-rays, when they have 5.1 audio, sometimes, the center speaker lowers volume suddenly, resulting in not hearing the dialogue at all! First time I've encountered something like this, it's really weird. I'm selling it now for 400, but it seems no-one wants to buy...
  8. First that came in mind: The Star Wars sequels scores (I think 6 scores already were enough and he could compose something else, something new and original instead), Dial of Destiny (same reason). Wow! This is one of my favorite scores (as you can tell from my avatar too)
  9. Goldsmith's THE MUMMY coming! https://fb.watch/rX90pLBiSA/
  10. A nice "religious" score by an unknown composer to me. I particularly love the pastoral theme in tracks 6, 15 and 20.
  11. Hehe.. I know.. But there are many scenes in the original in which I am bored..(in between shark attacks I mean) Also I find the helpless kids threatened by a shark a more dramatic device than a trio of grown-ups that have gone out specifically to kill it.
