Here's a collection of spreadsheets I've been working on over the last few months. Not all of these are complete yet, and I plan on making more but I figured I might as well share them.
I was really disappointed that there seemed to be no proper breakdown of all the prequel cues across the various videogames on the internet, only snippets of information in the two Prequel Music Resource threads on here (which are also insane long to dig through), plus some excellent-for-the-time but now outdated editing guides by @deleted account and @Trent B. There's also of course the fantastic sheet accurate score edits by @Manakin Skywalkerbut from everything I've read I don't believe there are accompanying spreadsheets for them. As a result of not finding what I was looking for I decided to make them myself:
These first four are breakdowns of the complete scores similar to @Jay's spreadsheets (sidenote: I borrowed your formatting from your ROTJ spreadsheet, hopefully you don't mind I did credit you) but with columns for all of the videogame files (at least the ones I've analyzed so far):

I also made a fork of cheetordude's SWTOR Music Index (from this reddit post) where I've made some of the information more accurate (filled in cues that weren't identified, corrected inexact titles, corrected entries that listed one cue that were actually an edit of multiple, things like that). This is still very much a work in progress (link)
One last thing I made a complete breakdown of the TPM Ultimate Edition. I decided I wasn't going to deal with the tracks bleeding into each other bullshit so I based all of my timestamps off of the combined tracks instead of the individual ones like they're presented on the disc. As a result my spreadsheet accounts for 24 combined tracks as opposed to 68 separate ones (link)
I'm going to try to keep this thread updated as I make new spreadsheets/major updates

I made the conversion primarily because it's what Williams actually wrote and so it's more accurate from an analysis perspective when looking at usage of themes; I wasn't really primarily thinking about listening along
However, any sheet-accurate fan edit would work

The analysis is mostly the same as @Clockwork Angel's original post, although I did my own breakdown for the Jabba the Hutt concert suite since the original post didn't include one. Since the original recording is mostly lost I based my timestamps on the Williams conducted Boston Pops re-recording instead:

Yeah that's a really good point actually. I honestly wonder how much of the score was even hers - between half (or more) of her themes being rejected, Williams' theme being thrown on her after her score was in progress/near completion, William Ross stepping in to do/redo half the show, and her 3 (!) additional composers doing some unknown percentage of her half of the music .
I think if she was given more control it probably would've turned out better

Honestly I don't think the music direction was her fault, blame the showrunners. She's done some fine work in the past and she even said in interviews all her classic-sounding themes were rejected

Yeah I think that the mouth thing was necessary for the transmission. The only two ways it has spread so far are either ingestion of infected wheat or through biting, and since the thing didn't bite her it makes sense it could spread orally instead. Sort of a forced ingestion. Just having the thing stand in front of her wouldn't do anything since they wanted to emphasize that it doesn't transmit through the air
What else could the showrunners have done to build tension? Bite her again? She already had one. And they needed something to sell the time running out aspect of flicking the lighter.

Another question: Are there clean openings and endings available for the two parts of Laser Fight?
The FSM edit presents them just as one piece

So are these the two different versions you mention, or are they just different takes of the same version

I've been comparing the sheets and the sessions list more closely to the youtube edits and I'm still a little confused.
In the FSM playlist the following cues have mockups of dropped bars:

6m7 The Great Duel
6m10 Blowups and the Death of Darth Maul

In the sheets the only two cues with a "New" designation are

I'm guessing these are actual written revisions before any bars were dropped.
However if I look at the recording session list we have I see the following:

So a bunch of cues got bars dropped without getting an N designation? And what about Take To Your Ships and After the Victory? Were both versions recorded if they're both in the list? Take To Your Ships is especially strange since the FSM playlist doesn't seem to account for the two versions

Okay one more question:

Where did the orchestra-only alternate used in the film come from? I don't think it can be that they just dropped the choir because the orchestra in the two versions sounds nothing alike. But there are only sheets for the choral version and the sessions cue list mentions nothing of the alternate

As you can see in the sketch, it was meant to overlay 0:28-0:45 of the original version of the cue, though I can't find a video on youtube where someone did this
For the OST album, he opened track 14 with the full 6M1 Pt. 2 Insert, segueing directly into 1:03- of 6M1N, and then includings 6M1X all by itself later in the track, even though it was originally meant to be used as an overlay.
The film version uses the 6M1 Pt. 2 Insert as intended, and also mixes in digeridoos:
Thanks! This was very helpful. I wonder why 6m1 got recorded as 6m1N. Are there any noticeable differences with the sheets? Other than the bars that were presumably removed that were restored in the video with the mockup?
Also, is it known where the digeridoo came from? Was it another recorded overlay or just a synth

The recording sessions list refers to both a "6m1-N The Armies Face-Off" and a "6m1 Pt. 2 The Armies Face-Off" and an unnamed 6m1-X, whereas the sheets I've seen only include a "6m1 The Armies Face Off" and a "6m1X Randy's Forest Mist".
According to @Jay's breakdown in the OST breakdowns thread, 6m1 Pt.2 is on the OST in track 14, 0:00-0:30, 6m1-N is in the same track from 0:30-1:05, and 6m1X is also in the same track from 3:20-3:45.
However, @Manakin Skywalker's edit on youtube has 6 different uploads:

Is this the first Williams expansion to include tracked music? It makes sense why it's there, but I can't think of another example like that off the top of my head.
Not an expansion per se, but I think I remember Jay saying once that Duel of the Fates on the TPM OST album actually has part of the recording replaced with tracked music from another part of the same recording, which they forgot to replicate on the 2018 album

I would love to see something like that Light & Magic documentary on Williams, hours and hours of unseen sessions footage, intermixed with interviews here and there to explain stories.
What would be more disappointing would be a short biography that mostly focuses on stuff we already know

Music seems to have found a happy medium where you can choose to have either a subscription service, or purchase your music outright; same thing with videogames (think things like Xbox Game Pass)
I'm very pleased as long as this continues to be the case. I really don't like the existence of streaming exclusives in the realm of tv shows and movies

In some ways this is almost cheating - these 5 tracks contain 13 different cues, and that's not even counting the Fox Fanfare
