Thor 7,504
Peculiar topic. I have a hard time thinking of some. I tend to press 'play' on an album and then let it play out without paying attention very much to track titles. It's just one continous listening experience. But a score like HARRY POTTER 3 has lots of these 'chunks' of highlights throughout, for example. Same for INDY 3, or NOT WITH MY WIFE YOU DON'T. And on IMAGES, there's a great segue from the wildly atonal to the tonal midway on the album ("The Killing of Marcel", "The Love Montage" and "Blood Moon"). Jay 37,364
One of my first thoughts as well, however, there is no album that has that sequence, that's taking tracks from two different albums and making a playlist out of them. If we open up the door to mixing and matching tracks, people could just start naming any 3 tracks they like from any scores. The point of the thread as I understood it was to talk about sequences on official releases that have awesome 3track runs
