Twice!

In different places in the listing - which to me seems to suggest that it's roughly chronological (at least as far as things are currently advancing in the pipeline I suppose).

Which was already suggested by Horner being in there twice the same way ;)

You could have bolded John Williams more! :eh:

The bolded ones are what's changed ;)

I'd love the Eshkeri to be Johnny English 2 but I suspect it'll be Stardust (OST is more than enough for me). The only Goldsmith I can think of that I'd go for would be 13th Warrior, and being Disney, certainly Intrada's territory.

That would be cool! Love that score and there is some strong material missing

Isn't 13th Warrior among the scores for which Varese has perpetuity rights?

I've been thinking the Eshkeri could be Hannibal Rising, which never had an official release.

I hope they didn't count the Jaws rerelease as the JW!

I was actually thinking this about a week ago when their revised list for 2024 came out 🤣

Wouldn't they have announced it as such (hell, even publicized it at all) then if that were the case?

Also, is the Elfman in this post supposed to be referring to Nightbreed or a different release?

Elfman's up next

A lot held up in approvals but Elfman release should go to plant in a few days. Great Escape, Psycho II, Alien and 2-CD Jaws will be back soon.

REVISED!
As we head into 2024 here's a sneak peak at some composers in our lineup: James Horner, Danny Elfman (lord help us), Jerry Goldsmith, John Williams, Marco Beltrami & Co., Christopher Young, James Horner, Christopher Young, Charles Fox, Jerry Goldsmith, Dimitri Tiomkin, Ilan Eshkeri, John Barry, James Newton Howard and a whole lot more...

(bolding is mine)

So wait... If SWTWC was the Horner and Inchon (Revised, again) is the Goldsmith, does that mean the next Intrada title is the JW?

Was Jaws not the Williams title?

A reissue with no fanfare?

It's got that thing about 4 minutes into Man Against Beast. That's kind of a fanfare, right?

I'll listen to it!

With its period ragtime sound it’s atypical Horner. I mean obviously I’m interested, but I don’t know if it would be one I’d return to much.

So, next (if we go in order), Danny Elfman, then Goldsmith, then Williams?

We haven’t seen the Elfman yet, but there was already one Horner (Something Wicked This Way Comes), and the Goldsmith was the 4-CD Masada 3-CD Inchon.

Elfman is Nightbreed isn't it? Masada came out in 2021.....?

Forgot about Inchon...

Did you just conflate the 2021 4-CD Masada with the 2024 3-CD Inchon?

Wow!  Horner’s debut. Historically significant… but I’m not certain it’s something I would listen to.

I hear some proto Hornerisms at 0:30 but aside from that, yeah, it's mostly Horner adapting 1930s period music.

I can’t believe it’s already over 2 years since it was released…. 😳
